She leads Malcolm HR, a certified woman and minority owned and led business (WBE & MBE) which supports and drives organizational growth, while always focusing on their commitment to purpose-led practices, and where every strategy is designed to align with sustainable principles.
Melissa is a Certified Talent Management Professional (CTMP) and graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University and Seneca College. She actively contributes to her community as a Board Director and mentor.
